The staff are
The staff are really helpful. When you come in and over comes a drink straight away. The loyalty card is very helpful to build up your points, love to come in and have a chat.

Staff are always helpful and welcoming. Difficult situations and customers are dealt with well. Every one is kept happy. Particularly helpful with my Nana, who is always looked after.

Overall Jackpot is a nice place to go. Staff are friendly. (most of the time) Ha!! One thing missing is a male staff and maybe some sort of food. i.e. Toasties, sarnies.

Staff always make me
Staff always make me sincerely welcome, hot drinks always asked for if needed. Staff very friendly and smile all the time, some customers are not too hygienic and staff always there to clean up and make place smell nice for other customers. Staff are always there to help people out.

I find the staff
I find the staff "Very" helpful chatty and nothing is a problem for them. It is rare to find staff who will go above and beyond to help you, and always have time for you even a bit of a chat lovely bunch of ladies.

I am a daily
I am a daily visitor, so I can say with a great deal of certainty that all the staff are lovely. They are smartly dressed. The service is faultless, everybody is made welcome. This is down to the staffs friendly, relaxed approach to their job. They are a credit to themselves, and the the company they work for.

Could not fault
Having visiting Blyth today I thought I would have a little flutter on the machines. The staff the atmosphere were great very friendly I felt very comfortable nothing was too much trouble service excellent. I was down at one stage but my luck changed £325 up not bad for just over an hour. I will call in again when I next visit Blyth. Thank you once again for the coffee’s Great all round.
